Can be much worse than that too, you gotta be pretty fit to wrestle professionally and even then you get hurt frequently.

Backyard wrestling as I assume you mean is even worse since unlike professional nothing is scripted, so you have no idea what's gonna happen or if one of your buds is just gonna decide to snap your neck with a piledriver to the solid dirt.
