No opinion on Monster Party? I noticed not alot of people on /vr have said much about it. A shame, really. As side-scrollers go, its pretty difficult and alot of the bosses are weird as fuck. Music and level design is pretty nifty too

to you it's needlessly complex, to me it's rich and vibrant. to my ears, the music sounds gouged, like an amp with a loose connection. we'll have to agree to disagree on that.
also, the jump sound goes from subtle to annoying.

other than that, I completely agree. I can beat gimmick for the true ending in about half an hour, but sometimes I choke and lose lives especially in the wizard tower.
