I don't think anybody will argue that cassettes are better than digital, and while vinyl can sound pretty good depending on the mastering and the turntable's quality, digital is always going to sound cleaner.

However, If you think emulation is better than real hardware then you're a tech illiterate.

I have a lot of consoles and games from back then, but I don't consider myself a collector. Didn't buy any pre-1999 game since 2002 or so.
