Why did every NES owner have Paperboy? I was born in '93 and still grew up playing this game almost every day at my grammas house. Comfy as fuck.

There's a great game! I loved playing that in high school and even the blue burst version online at one point

You guys should try out the original arcade version. It's even better in my opinion.

nothing like a 1 hour daily play limit to get you into speedrunning

I still have the binder I wrote all my passwords down in

It was always changing, but I played Mario 3 so goddamn much. I had a game genie and I used to love just trying random codes to see what they would do.

>1 hour daily play limit
All of my friends had this. I'm lucky my parents never restricted my game time, probably because I did really well in school. Hell, my parents actually bough us our own TV just for our NES and C64. Good times.

I had a friend who was restricted to ONLY playing on weekends. Then the weekend would come and his parents would drag him and his sister off to the beach or to visit grandma for most of the day so he couldn't play anyway. Shit must have been torture.

>I still have the binder I wrote all my passwords down in
Awesome. I still have a Zelda 1 overworld map my brother and I drew.

I never finished this damn game, so good but got so difficult later. I think the furthest I ever got was the level's with the toxic slime rising right after the savage lands. It was either that or right past there.
