I didn't figure out that this was a forest until I was like 16 or 17. I always thought they were fighting at the bottom of a giant pit and the background was a bunch of huge rocks

Blander concepts in general, and a worse balance between the parts of the artwork tailored to the native resolution (usually in the foreground), and blurry scaled down 3D or Photoshopped stuff in the background

I do like some of the stage ideas, though, like the tin-roofs-over-bustly-market one. But half of it looks like death.

This one because it lets you set up an infinite right as the round starts that the opponent can't even escape depending on the character they chose

Is there any trick to getting that one stage in LB2 that opens with a black screen and pans down to some outdoor setting at night with a full moon? It happened to me once playing on FC and I could never figure out how to make it happen again
