Favourite of all time, probably OOT for its atmosphere, it was incredibly captivating when it first came out. Played it at a friends house for an insane amount of time I bet together we probably put a solid 400 hours just into the single file we'd worked on together.

That's a typical ass answer though and I think Dragon Warrior IV or Super Mario Bros 3 would be my childhood favorites, up until the PS2 came out I had only ever owned an NES and some PC games myself.
