Best western rpg for snes? I know there aren't many but maybe there is some obscure title that is really great.

JRPG made by Squaresoft. Great game though and I'd suggest to play it anyways.

Shadowrun is really the only thing that comes to mind outside shitty Ultima ports.

There's Drakkhen, but I don't think it's particularly good.

Dungeon Master got an SNES port too, I think.

Dragon View, a highly underrated action RPG. It has a very JRPG-esque look and feel, but it was actually made by a western developer. Also, even though they were made for the Japanese market, the Wizardry 1-3 ports should be up your alley.

Shadowrun is pretty good too, though it's more like an isometric point and click with RPG elements.

Isn't Secret of Evermore made by Square of America?

I may be remembering wrong.

Outside of that, PC CRPG ports, and Shadowrun, I can't really think of many.
