This is basically one long anime cutscene. Actually, it's more of an interactive anime without using any FMV (blocks be gone), it's animated in real time on the Saturn hardware.

Xenogears has a couple but they are few and far between, great game, shame about dick 2 but if you can deal with that sort of thing you should be good. Perfect Works is always worth a read if you're into art books and shit.

Unfortunately the Saturn version of Yu-No looks nothing like that

It's not bad, but it's not delicious pixel art and 16 colors. It just looks like standard definition art scaled down.
