I dunno. I'll let you anons tell me. I honestly never looked at who was making the arcade games or machines I played as a kid. I've been looking into buying a Time Crisis cabinet for the game room. Namco makes that. What are some of the better arcade games made by sega?

Fair enough but I doubt I've been in a legitimate arcade in 15-17 years. I remember the game titles mostly. Not really any decent ones near where I live these days. All of my gaming is done from home.

It's a toss up between Bandai Namco and Sega for me.

Yu Suzuki made some of the best arcade games ever.... so Sega probably gets the edge.

As far as arcade games go they were untouchable, though I really love Taito and Namco too, the combination of technology, craftsmanship and programming at SEGA was just too damn great.

I think these guys were the most consistent at pushing out quality games. Every great company has pushed out a few shameful kusoges here and there, but I honestly can't think of anything outright terrible from Irem. RIP 1974 - 1994
