I do. The m2 ports are great. They run great, look great and its nice to have them on my 3DS.

Yeah the emulators are getting pretty good on the 3DS now. Esp the n3DS. Still i like m2 and the ports and have enjoyed playing them. the 3D looks great.

I thought the new special effects were ok and I liked how they cleared up the image, but putting all those extra badniks in the background was just distracting and I don't like how they've re-dubbed tails with his voice actor from the modern games. it's jarring. Also, I think they removed that scene with knuckles for a reason, putting it back in is just confusing.

Point is, even the arcade game 3D Classics re-releases have introduced new features to let Japanese salarymen play the game while they're commuting on trains and can't sit down at an arcade for their due diligence. I don't agree with playing Sonic 2 using this mode either, but it's optional and intended for those who either don't know better or don't have any time now to play like they used to. Everything about these ports (aside from Super Hang-On's flawed 3D effect) is dead-on and more than worth their price.

I've been advocating playing Galaxy Force II with arcade settings the whole time and I feel the new release, even with its options to make things easier, is at least giving exposure to a brutal yet exciting rail shooter.

I forget exactly what the issue is, but it has something to do with Z depth vs. your player bike. Barely noticeable until you really look at the drivers ahead of you though; I've been playing the game on-and-off just fine with 3D at full blast.

Damn, can't believe the M2 remakes are over already. And here I was just trying to figure out what the next batch of games would be.

At least we have one hell of a Sega compilation until some magical future day comes when we can get Virtua Racing or SegaSonic or even Phantasy Star in 3D.
