What do I need to do in order to run this game?
I tried a lot but nothing seems to work. I tried it with dosbox and Linux. I was able to run the setup in Wine but when I actually try to play it it gets stuck and nothing happens.

This. You need to run win 3.1 in dosbox and then play it there. Pretty much the only way to get it to run short of having an actual 3.1 system.

not op but how do you emulate windows I'm on win 10 can't I just run it in comparability mode for windows 95 or something. I got it to run on win xp years ago without much difficulty and I'm thinking of playing it again.

I used vmware player with windows 98 to get it running. It works better for me than dosbox.
