The game is my favourite because it was the first game I ever beat when I was a kid. I didn't have many NES games and SMB.3 was too hard for me. I have played Kirby's Adventure more than any other game so that is why it's my favourite. The sprite work is incredible and the music on some stages makes me want to cry from nostalgia.

I love this game. It's so much fun. The final battle is still one of my favorites of all time, the intro with Dedede making those hilarious faces, that part with Nightmare morphing in the background and the faces he makes, for example... it's such a badass moment. The remake is really neat too.

Shame about the constant slowdown... If it's true that the 3D classics version doesn't have any slowdown, I really have to get a 3DS. I'd do it just to play it.

My favorite ability i hammer. I've always loved it. If it wasn't for suplex, it'd be my favorite copy ability.

Ehh... I tried playing this game. It was fun enough, but the slowdown just REALLY kills it. I mean, holy shit, the game slows down to half speed at parts. It makes it feel like a slog. I know the graphics are impressive, but the speed cost is unbearable to me. I'd rate it as one of the worst kirby games I've played, but that's not entirely a slight against KA in particular, so much as all the other kirby games afterwards improve on KA and don't have to deal with the piddly processor of the NES.

For some reason it's one of the most final boss fight-y songs in any NES game and it's so awesome sounding.

Reminds me of sitting next to my older brother watching him finally getting to the final fight against the nightmare. It was so tense.
