Been having way more fun with Sega Rally Championship than I should lately.
Only two cars, three tracks and I can't stop playing it, haven't even touched anything besides time attack yet.

Any other good semi-serious, arcadey racers out there that I should be aware of?

Either the controls are garbage or I'm just fucking bad (Can guess which answer I'll get), really floaty turning.

Also I really hate it when they put in cars with so differentiating stats, most of the cars feel useless to pick when compared to others.

Sega Rally Championship is one of my favourite arcade games. When I see it at an arcade I always go play it.

I really want to try an F355 Challenge machine at some point. I've only played the dreamcast version but I look at the arcade machines and they look spectacular.

There's a fourth bonus stage if you get first place in Championship. It's pretty challenging and you can't practice it. It tends to be easier with the Lancia Stratos but that car has its own separate leaderboard.
