I've been searching for ages after this one. I remember a brown-skinned/gold-skinned girl with long and smooth white hair, she looked kinda mystical/exotic with a lot of jewelry in her hair/ears etc... she resembles Kida from the Disney movie Atlantis, it was an old anime but it might have been in a video game with manga style like Chrono Trigger. I first saw her like 12 years ago when I used her avatar for RPG Maker but the anime/video game she came from might be even older. So it must be from around 2003 or before, I guess it was released in the 90's but there even might be a possibility that it came out in the 80's. It's a rather old/serious style you don't often see in anime nowadays, her eyes were significantly smaller than today's standards. I'm pretty sure that she was a minor character in the anime/video game. Definitely not the main character. The style is similar to the one in the picture.
I think that I've only seen an image and not the anime/video game so sadly I have no other information to share. And it's been eating me ever since. Please help me and save me from countless sleepless nights.
