How come /vr/ never talks about this game? Awesome gameplay, good graphics, still an active community with tons of custom tracks and cars and online multiplayer. What's not to love?

Too bad WeGo fucked over the fanbase, causing the GOG edition to get pulled. Good news, you can download that pretty easily.

I got this and 1.2, any word on how to get it playing music without the disc? It works with the physical CD inserted but when I made a BIN/CUE of that disc and mounted it I get no music from that

Update: I found a newer version of the 1.2 patch ( http://rv12.revoltzone.net/downloads/rv1.2a15.0330_setup.exe ) and raw OGG/MP3 rips of the soundtrack, I'm seeing claims that I just have to create a /music subfolder under the game's folder that 1.2 should pick up on automatically but they're all still silent

What's the missing piece here?
