I hate this asshole. I'm trying to beat all of the bosses with the mega buster only and this guy is giving me the toughest time. Does he even have a pattern?

I have to wonder if they screwed something up on Elecman, like maybe accidentally making his beam do too much damage. He just seemed so much more punishing than any of the other robot masters due to the combo of rapid movement and high-damage shots. The only other master I recall being anywhere close to him in terms of difficulty was Ice Man, and even he had an intentionally very obvious attack pattern so you just had to carefully jump through his shots.
