Normally saucenao works fine with pixiv, but the link it gives seems to be for some unrelated hentai manga. For some reason, even when I toggle 18+ on Pixiv it won't let me see it, though now that I know what kind of porn it probably is, I don't think I want to see it... They both have similar shading, they both have sort of a gritty look with visible, straight brushstrokes, and they both have oddly-realistic features on anthropomorphic characters.
