Fighting games that you played as a kid that weren't Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat.

Nostalgia'd hard.

I owned that piece of shit as a kid and I literally completely forgot about its existence, to the extent that I had forgotten that I even owned the goddamn game. That game hasn't entered my mind since I was 10 years old probably.

Will OP consider this cheating? I don't care. The game was/is mesmerizing.

*Aww man I just found from youtube who it was that turned me on even as a kid. I was kinda thinking it must have been Wonder Woman but something was nagging at me that that wasn't it and it's true; it was that naked Cheetah bitch.

Great tits. Iirc her winning animation was her shaking her index finger at the player or something while giving a view of her amazing ass. Great stuff.

I owned Samurai Showdown, Killer instinct, Mortal Kombat II and Street Figher II Turbo for SNES, and also played them in Arcades.

The King of Fighters games, the first 2 Samurai Showdown games, and all the Marvel Capcom games were pretty popular.

In my country KOF 98 and Marvel vs Capcom were much more popular than Street Fighter III.

From this I can deduce that you're from Earth

Me and my brothers would play this shit all the time at the arcades.
Loved it so much that we saved up 4 months of allowance to get it on the snes.
Sucks that the port didn't have Yokozuna and Bam Bam.
Doink and Lex Luger are banned tier

Found this baby in a K-mart parking lot. Funco-Land offered to buy it for a penny...what a joke.

that's one of the most fun games I ever played. I love that game. Seems extremely underrated too since nobody ever talks about it.

i loved it as a kid. it was weird and different and i probably got it from the used game bin for like $5.
i also had rock n roll racing which fell with ballz in the same category of "i loved it and forced all my friends to play it too"

Regrettably, this game sent me down a path of buying $25 Viz VHS tapes and renting incredibly shitty OVAs from Blockbuster.

>$25 Viz VHS tapes
the fuck were you finding those VHS tapes for $25? They retailed at $40.
This series (Ranma) is precisely the reason I became very familiar with chinatown, and bootleg vhs tapes.
