Can anyone recommend me graphical adventure games with combat in them?

They don't have to be a large or focused part of the game either.

Conan the Cimmerian is excellent:

Play it now, by Crom!

Vengeance of Excalibur (also by Virgin) appears to use same game engine, but I don't know if it's any good.

Heimdall is great, but the combat is a little different. Have a look at the screenshots here:

All these games also have DOS version. No idea about the differences or whatever...

Thanks, I'll check them out in the morning.

Just to clarify, games where the action is less pronounced, like in Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, are also acceptable.

Shannara, but the combat is actually pretty bad.

Isn't Shenmue basically a graphical adventure with combat?
