oh, and if you do fall near the rising water bit, you can just spindash jump back up to the top with the double helix (when the water is risen -- doesn't work when the water is low)

Speaking of this stage, I wonder how many people here don't know that if you're ducking when the boss drops his jar of blue shit on you, it doesn't hurt you.
