Eve Burst Error was translated into English, although the PC version is missing some h-scenes. It's another VN whose story is surprisingly well done.

It's an eroge by any valid definition. It's a game with sex scenes, it was marketed as an eroge, ergo it's an eroge.

It's also a fantastic game. Everybody interested in adventure games should play YU-NO at least once. Hopefully the upcoming remake will bring attention to it more than it overshadows it.
