Is it sad I like the good ol' US Phantasy Star Box art. Yeah i know its very goofy but it's also endearing. Kinda get a Heavy Metal magazine/Dungeons and Dragons fan art vibe from it.

Here's the Japanese version which despite the more accurate character appearances it just doesn't do much for me at all. I think this is one of the rare examples of where the US art crushes the original.
