How would you modernize the MR formula?

I'm not a fan of the words into monsters method and I like taking something I have some connection with (something I own) and changing that into a creature.

It doesn't really work with cds or dvds anymore.

That makes me think some kind of co-ordination with geocaching or google maps would be really cool.

Going to specific places or random ones could get you specific monsters.

I used to play it. If you don't pay, then you'll have to wait train between training sessions. You'd have to wait to battle regardless if you pay or not.

It's moot now because it doesn't exist anymore.

Recently got in the mood to play MR2 again.
Want to try something different so i used cheat engine and made some game shark code to double/triple the lifespan of short-lived monster (Pixie, Dragon, Joker, etc.)
I can make it has infinite lifespan but it'll instantly ruin the fun i guess.

What's your favorite type of monster? INT based or POW based?

doubling life spans of the shortest lived gives them more lifespan then a wracky, however the lifetype of the species means that not only are they living far longer then they should then stat gains are absolutely brainless to get.

The banana method is also not even remotely necessary to raise a hall of fame monster.
