I'd like opinions as to which is better: AV Famicom + FDS or Twin Famicom.

I see pros and cons to both, but I'd like to know what you guys think.

AV Famicoms are a little easier to find. Also, the controller ports are great. The built in controller cords on the twin are hilariously short.

Considering the Famicom/NES never did RGB in the first place (its Ricoh chip handles everything in composite), it's very complicated. Thanks again, Nintendo.

Also Sharp goofed, they installed some of the capacitors BACKWARD. This causes noticeable differences in audio output. Twin is shit.

av famicom has problems with expansion audio also as you can hear, the stock channels are too quiet.

if you liked RF audio on a famicom, the FC twin doesn't need an audio fix. And how the fuck does the AV famicom need an audio fix?

I'm pretty sure the FC twin is made like that on purpose to give it a low pass filter, making it sound like the RF famicom.

Though I just went for a classic famicom and AV modded it.
