Yeah. There are a lot of games that take place in the middle east or have middle eastern characters, but I can't think of any games that deal with Islam at all. Just like there are very few games about Christianity.

Uncharted Waters 2: New Horizons. I'm pretty sure the character from Turkey (Ali Vezas) is Muslim, though the snes version (which I play) censors all the religion out. The only mechanics tied to religion is donating to the church, which increases your luck. Higher luck means less disasters at sea and other nice things.
