This is pretty great. Has a grappling hook and cape floating. Batarang as the main weapon which I don't mind but I wish you had the option to do a melee attack when up close Shinobi style.

Adventures of Batman and Robin on Sega CD isn't "great", but it does have animated cut scenes by the Batman the Animated Series staff, making it something of a "lost" episode of the show.

I really enjoyed Batman Returns on the SNES. It was a pretty standard beat 'em up, but the combat felt very satisfying, and it looked and sounded great.

The NES Batman Returns is definitely underrated, but I don't know if I'd call it better than the SNES one. It's certainly not as well balanced and more repetitive, but it's a great NES beat em up.

I managed to finish this on genesis a couple years ago. You should give it another shot of you haven't recently. The worst part was probably wolverine stage 2 but once you understand juggernaut can't be killed until the last part of the level (and as such you should focus on running for the most part) it becomes really easy.
