When I was a wee lad, I read EGM on the school ride to school every day. I remember one ad oddly for the PS1 for a "MATURE RATED GAME" I never saw in stores or rent but Ive always been curious about.

It was overhead IIRC and have a Clown with a gun and something with a teddy bear. Maybe the clown was holding it or it was a little girl dragging it along. Any ideas?

No but I remember seeing that game all the time as COMING SOON, COMING SOON then crickets. It looked like shit during the gore is cool era.
