So besides The Castlvania and The Ghost n' Goblins series, what other games are there like Demons Crest? I don't really mean gameplay-wise, but instead dark, Gothic, creepy, possibly underrated, and especially with music like this.

OP there was one game like Demons Crest i use to play for either sega genesis or super nintendo. I cant remember what it is but it is really really similar to demons crest and has character like in Demons Crest and i remember a lot of gray in the beginning.

and purple wings or light purple body of character not too sure. But OP's post brought back a fading memory of the game. Thanks OP.

I also remember the first level was outside i think.

Yeah. I picked up a copy of Blood Omen 1 after I played SR1, 2, Defiance and BO2...I can see how it would have been good in it's day, but after playing SR1 it's garbage (gameplay wise, not story).

Blood Omen 2...it's pretty shitty, honestly. I beat it just to say I completed the series, but it was probably the worst one of them all.

I really, REALLY want a new entry in the series. The way Defiance ended left it open and I want more.
