Why do these two games give such different feels from the other Zelda games, I recently finished them again and quite frankly I despise the Zelda but love the shit out of these two games and Link's Awakening.

I know they're made by Capcom and that's probably why they feel a lot more mature and harder than the Nintendo made ones, but goddamn this doesn't even feel like a Zelda and that's probably why it's so good.

The gameboy zelda's shit on the console zeldas.

willing to explain how it's "more mature" and how this is a good thing in a video game or are you content with just saying it?

Which of these two should I get off my gold status in Club Nintendo?

Seasons is a bit more action-based (more enemies, the puzzles weren't convoluted), and takes some bosses from LoZ. It's probably what I'd recommend to start with.
Ages is also amazing, but it spends more time with Past / Present shenanigans than Seasons did with the weather, and is thus more complicated.

The Awakening-Oracles triptych is possibly the best series of Zelda games to date, including Ocarina-Majora.

That said, Awakening was my first Zelda game (and one of my first ever games), so maybe I'm biased.

Maybe, maybe not. I love Link's Awakening too, but I loathe the Oracles. I find them so slow and they put me to sleep.

They were developed by Capcom.

I'd argue the best Zelda games are made by capcom, but minish cap isn't /VR/ so forget I said anything

I personally like it. Also you have to finish one and use the code from it in order to get the real ending ganon otherwise you just fight with whatever is the main enemy in the game

Really? They felt like a rehash of Link's Awakening to me.

I can't stand how Link swings his sword in these games, too goofy.

The Oracles always felt like high quality fan games to me, unlike Link's Awakening, which has the quality of an actual Zelda game.

THIS.
Anon, you've concisely described the feelings I've had toward those games for all these years.
