The 90's were filled with brittle, plastic, overpriced shit toys.

Playing outside was meh since house wives had nothing in the fridge to eat yet had enough gas to drive through your street game every ten minutes all day.

TV was good but not great; a lot of subpar shit was tolerated only because its competition was worse. Once Survivor hit, reality TV dragged programming down into a hole it never crawled out of.

Music was alright with grunge and alt bringing existential teen angst to the masses. Then rock, jazz, and just about any variety disappeared into thin air by the end of the decade while the music industry tried its best to shove rap, hip-hop, and nu-r&b down the throats of every tween it could find.

Vidya was good if you could get your hands on it.
