There's a few dozen games in total. You could really go and check all of them out yourself.
I played Dragon Knight 4 for comparison sakes but it's basically the least interesting port as it's largely the PC-98 game with some voices and without h-scenes or mouse support.

The anime industry is absolutely huge and can flout the law in 2015. It was even worse two decades ago. A lot of people presently hate the anime industry for keeping CP laws from getting passed if they include loli. Japan didn't pass one on actual CP until like last year and it still has a grace period.

Can Can Bunny has a nice enhanced version too, it adds voices and some animated scenes, they are pretty poor though.

Fire Woman Matoigumi is pretty good, but it also has a PS port, so you dont need a PC-FX if you want to play it. It's a nice RPG with dating sim elements, it has some nice pixel art too.

Doukyuusei 2 was the only version with voice acting and explicit scenes until the Windows versions was released, you are better playing the Windows version nowadays.

Nirgends is supposed to be one of the gems of the system, only tried it for a few minutes, I'll have to give a try some other time.

According to the Japanese Wikipedia Saturn has 24 red label games out of a total 1057 titles and 88 yellow label games.
PC-FX had 3 out of 62.
Laseractive 7 out of 42

PC-88 has an estimate of 1000 titles with possibly a fifth of them eroge.
PC-98 has an estimate of 4000 titles with a third or so eroge.

The only alternative is Magic Engine FX which is payware.
Once you get Mednafen to run you can also use it for PC Engine and PS1 emulation. Just get one of the GUIs to handle the setup.
