Why not import them? I imagine you don't need to know much japanese to play them.

That actually looks pretty cool, might scratch the same itch Marble Madness does for me.

I wish this game were a little more popular. It's actually pretty fun once you get used to the xbox sized hitbox.

If you like that game you should check out the PSP equivalent "PQ: Practical Intelligence Quotient".

The devs got pretty creative with this game.
A sequel or a spiritual successor would have been nice.

Pic related to the topic. Go play this right now.

This, Sengoku Turb, and Treasure Strike could use recognition among other Dreamcast JP exclusives.

Obligatory Egyptian side-scrolling adventure game for the PC-88 by Natsume where you play a schoolgirl transported for mysterious reasons.

What? "treasure strike +iso", how difficult is that?

Speaking of weird obscure games... wordimagesoundplay on PS2. More of a cool art installation thing than a game, but really interesting. I have a copy but my modded PS2's laser is kaput and the image won't boot in HDLoader.

Takes forever to really get going but once it does it's fantastic. Strange that it isn't more popular considering how accessible and polished it is (and it works well even if you emulate and play with a keyboard).

I recently bought this from a local game shop and it won't play BECAUSE I have the red RAM upgrade thing. Apparently it's a known issue and I don't have the default grey thing that came with the system.
Life is suffering.

>> No.2270810

>>2270802
you don't need the jumper pak (the grey thing)
just remove the expansion pak with the system off and play

>> No.2270836

>>2270810
Yes, that is correct the system will work without the jumper pak.
