Are there any easter eggs or extra things I should keep my eyes out for? I've already gone through the computer and looked at all of the developer's messages.

The PC-Engine version has less gore and more nudity. Also that dead dude's daughter is only 16 and you see her ass.

It may very well open the doors to the Visual Novel for you just don't expect them to be as good as Snatcher, and don't go right from 1995 to 2015 either.

i wish i could forget I ever played Snatcher, so I could play it again and it would be 100% new to me. It was awesome, and thirsting for more I enjoyed the followup game Policenauts...but I can't find anything else similar. The amnesia games are too hardcore for me and I prefer more sci-fi thriller stuff

After playing Policenauts and this I'm still torn between which one I like more. They are both great games.

I played the MSX Version first and that ending I felt was a bit more harrowing since it ends on Act 2.

Yes, as I said the PC-Engine version has less gore.

The Sega-CD version is definitely the best version, but the other versions have interesting differences and once OP finishes the Sega CD one, if he still hasn't had enough he might want to play through the others while the correct story progression is fresh in his mind then finally check out SD-Snatcher, a JRPG retelling.
