I also expected it to be set in space, maybe in a tropical space colony. I dunno.

I posted this one super late to the last thread I guess it was dying at that point. I posted about this on /vr/ before, I got the "ending" and turned the game off, and unplugged the PS1. I learned after the fact the game continues but what the fuck why even put credits like that? Richter died like a bitch in a lackluster fashion, Whatever build up they were trying to do with Maria's part in the game has lost all steam with me. I never got my gear back or even fought Death after he took my shit. I have a big backlog on my Wii U, REvelations and REmake primarily but I just got to Stage 4 of CV: ReBirth today before I had to go do other things, that game is holding my interest. Will probably run through it tonight, you can't save the game it has to be done in one sitting, and I can't wait to start after I get something to eat with buds later today.

The Music is so fucking good. The intro song especially was firing me up and that's when I realized it was from Bloodlines! Love that track.

I mean, I get that you didn't find the right items to kill Shaft and travel to the second castle and all. But seriously dude. 5 minutes on Gamefaqs would tell you everything you needed to know.

I'll give you that SotN is piss easy and really IS baby's first CV, but nowhere NEAR for the reasons you think.

I didn't give any reasons why I think it's piss easy in my post, I was just talking story wise stuff. And I didn't google anything duringor after playing because of how hyped up the game was for me by people for years.

I will get back to it and probably like it more. I just don't wanna run through it while this deflated feeling I have on the game is still fresh in my mind.

I never played the game and only heard the name thrown around until a copy more or less fell into my lap. I pictured a similar setting; particularly the resort colony from the beginning of Project Eden.

it got a sequel that seems rushed towards the end (it was a SUPER late release)

instead of tropical setting it involves time travel and various locales like the ice age.
