I actually turn off the BGM in USF4 to play the EX and EX2+ ost (ex3 uses the same ost as EX)
I got EX3 in the post the other morning from japan, But the drive on on my slim ps2 broke & I don't have a slide card.
EX2+ Is my favorite.

Street Fighter Alpha 2 on the Saturn or Street Fighter Alpha 2 GOLD on the PS1 have the best SF soundtrack in the franchise.

No one gets close. There's outliers like Ken/Alex theme in 3rd Strike of course.

SFA2 Gold had a great soundtrack, I will agree to that, but SF EX plus Alpha's remixed PlayStation just barely outshines it for me.

However, the Gouki/Akuma theme on SFA2 Gold is miles better than his EX theme (which still isn't too bad).

The music was so good that I personally congratulated Shinji Hosoe, the composer and sound engineer of these games, for his and his team work.
