There's the Sword World SFC games, which play like an open ended PNP RPG, but they aren't quite DND, they are based upon japan's primary fantasy PNP game Sword World, but they appear close enough at a glance.

None of them are translated, so if you want to have any chance of enjoying them, you need to be able to read moonrunes.
