Kinda. It's basically Columns on crack featuring the Sakura Wars characters. It's the one vs puzzle game my friend has a chance at beating me in, so we tend to play it a lot. Usually after he's gotten mad at me in Puyo or Puzzle Bobble.

To be honest the only reason I've even heard of it was because I bought a stack of like 17 random Japo Saturn games from a friend for $10. In there was all the Sakura Taisen games including that one.
