Well if you have a MD/Genesis, you can play Dragon's Fury instead. It's just a port of the same game. The PCE is the only platform with Alien Crush though. That one's a bit different because the playfield doesn't scroll, but it's still a great game.

Also try the (slightly) more traditional games like Pinball Dreams and Pinball Fantasies. The original Amiga versions are still the best IMO. I find the ball's physics really satisfying. DOS version is almost as good but doesn't scroll as smoothly. SNES version is weird because the table also scrolls horizontally (that drives me crazy so I can't play it).

Pinball Mania is also pretty good. There's versions for DOS and Genesis.

Mandatory mention of TimeShock since Devil's Crush/Dragon's Revenge has been mentioned. I'm pretty sure TimeShock was on the PS1 so it's /vr/? but fuck you, play pinball that shit is awesome. Even pokemon/kirby pinballs on the gb/gbc are great.

SMD port of Psycho Pinball is good too. Music sounds a bit off if you've played the DOS version but it's solid and great fun.

Jaki Crush, sequel to Devil Crush & Alien Crush. Has a Japanese demonic theme. The last and best crush game, imo.
