seriously what is the point of hoarding hundreds of retro games youre never going to play? why the fuck do you need to own every Famicom game ever made?

Because I'm a real collectorfag, it's just in the blood. I've been collecting shit my whole life. Coins, Beanie Babies, Pokemon cards, Magic cards, anime figures, anime DVDs, Manga, and now video games. It's the same kind of drive that makes me sink hundreds of hours into games trying to get 100% completion, collecting everything the game has to offer, even if this causes me to not have time to play other games. It's the thrill of the hunt, and the satisfaction of knowing you've made visible, measurable progress towards a goal.
