These games are pretty much arcade perfect apart from ~1-3 second loading times:

X-Men vs. Street Fighter
Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter
Vampire Savior
Street Fighter Zero 3(even better than the DC port as it has the correct resolution)

You will need the 4MB RAM cart or AR 4-in-1 for any of these.
