Need a game to play when I'm tired but want to play a game. Would this be a good choice? I'm just looking for a game I can run around in and not be pressured. Something I can enjoy at my own pace that also has a pleasant atmosphere.

I'd like some recommendations as well please.

You can also pick it's little brother with autism, Animal Crossing.

I'm looking for an AC replacement. I deleted my save and I don't want to go through it all again.

It has a three-year time limit

Once i've picked a pirated copy of AC. It randomly froze at intervals. I've seen that fucking mole more than Nook throughout that glitched fuckfest.

If you're emulating definitely give it a go. It's the first HM game so it'll feel very limited if you've ever played any of the newer iterations, but it won't admonish you for having a real life unlike AC.

Just remember, time stops at 6 PM, don't ship anything after the pickup occurs that day, and since they all become pretty much generic shut-ins after marriage there is no best waifu (but I still call Ann)

Been a while, but I believe that it's 2.5 years, parents come home Fall 1 of Year 3.

And no retro but somewhat related to topic, I've been doing a couple days every night before bed in Rune Factory 4, haven't been able to take it out of my 3DS since it was released in the US last fall.

It's much more basic than the later games but you at least need to pay attention to which days are festivals and things like that.
This is probably my favorite Harvest Moon along with the Friends of Mineral Town, which is not /vr/. I think that one is more Animal Crossing like, but both games are sort of similar as far as there being NPCs with different schedules and whatnot.

I personally love A wonderful life for the gamecube the best out of the series.
