It was like that for me, too. Saturn Bomberman, Guardian Heroes, etc.. The US versions are nearly a hundred dollars a piece. And a cursory glance at the internet says they've even gone up from there. I gave up when I ran out of games that were worthwhile. I stayed away from those Working Designs games do to the

I get shit for it all the time, but at a time like this, I'm glad I don't, because some of those go for as much if not more than the games I already have.

There was once a time when I dropped nearly my entire ~$2K tax return on boxed N64 games. What a ridiculous idea that was. However, I do love me some 64 games. I'll admit, I barely ever played most of them, but when friends come over, they are always pleased that I've got the whole gamut of games for the best party system around. Shame not one of them ever wants to play PowerStone2....

The fuck happened? Seriously, who started pimping this game on youtube? For the longest time it was virtually a budget item. As cool as it is, it's not nearly good enough to justify those prices. But I guess it becomes a great game once you've paid out the ass for it. I feel more attached to my copy already...

FYI the reason this game is "missing" the manual so often is because, god knows why, it was glued into the front of the jewel case. I don't know if they changed this for the satakore re-release (lol a game so rare it got a greatest hits) but if you look at completed eBay listings you'll see many of them "damaged" by people who didn't know what they were doing. I thought somebody jizzed in my copy when I first got it.

I only found out about it through the /v/ reccomended games wiki. I saw gameplay and knew I had to have it, completely ignorant of it's price...

Not that I've ever seen. You can page through it, but it's tough to slide the pages back under the tabs without tearing the cover. I can't imagine how or why they did it, or if it was even intentional. There appears to be glue holding it, as opposed to a printing accident of some kind.

A guy in a thread I made a week or so ago (where I was asking about a bunch of Saturn stuff I needed to know, as I just bought mine) posted that and recommended I look for games on there. Saw that game, looked up youtube gameplay and had to have it. Had no idea about the price either so when I saw the auction for the game start at 99 cents with 2 days left and 0 bidders, I knew it was my best chance to possibly get it for less than all the other $100-150 copies I saw on ebay. Sucks shopping on ebay sometimes but that's the only place I can find what I want. But I do think I managed to get away with it for a solid price. I'm not displeased about it.

Just wish fucking Play-Asia wasn't fucking around with my Action Replay cart. I bought it almost 2 weeks ago and they just shipped it today.
