>"Are you The Keymaster?"

When I was a kid I thought Zool from pic related and Zuul from GHOST-BUSTERS were the same thing

>> No.1675836

I wanted to believe that Ryu from Street Fighter was Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden gone on to new things.

Hayabusa, while not as big as the street fighter Ryu, was still kinda buff.

Also, in the Garfield cartoon Garfield would always order from a place called 'Luigi's Lasagna' which I figured Mario's brother owned after plumbing.

I imagined that Commander Keen is the son of the protagonist from Quake.

Commander Keen is the grandson of B. J. Blazkowicz from Wolfenstein 3D. Close enough.

I thought that the Mario Bro.s movie was good.

Also, doesn't Zool look like he could conceivably be related to the Goombas?

I think I'm on to something here . . .

Good.
It was a good movie, in fact it was "a blast".
Only spoiled children give this movie low scores on IMDB. They don't know shit about that the nineties where all about.

Perhaps not, but I'm more than sure they very well might have a better grasp of English grammar than you, Anon.

But what can I do?
I'm drunk and a Slav.
We are in the middle of countrywide students festivals "Juwenalia". It's so hard to give a fuck about grammar in that time.

I agree, it is a really fun movie.

If you're in the mood for something silly and kind of "so bad it's good," and nostalgic, SMBMovie is a great choice.

Just kick back with your buddies, grab some popped corn, some Milk Duds, maybe?, a soda, maybe even roll a joint, and enjoy! :D

English isn't everyone's first language, you insular twat.

Come back when you can speak whatever language he/she speaks.

The movie wasn't shit but it wasn't the Super Mario Brothers movie anyone wanted.

Give it a different name and it'd be regarded as a classic 90s kid fun movie with no complaints from anyone.

Then you should understand that language acquisition is an arduous goal, and that not everyone is instantly proficient.
Some people struggle, and learning takes time.

I'm sure you made plenty of mistakes in your time, and wouldn't have liked it very much if some pedantic faggot pointed them out.

It wasn't the Mario movie we needed, but it was the Mario movie we deserved.

Maybe someone else will make one some day?

Bitter much, Anon? My word, I believe you are.

I thought that because Mario & Luigi were brothers that Princess Peach and Princess Daisy were sisters.

What happens if you marry your brother's wife's sister?
Isn't that incest or some shit?

The Street Fighter movie was so bad that even as a 9 years old kid I apologized to my mother for making her watch it (she took me to the movies)

No, but up through the medieval period it was considered incestuous for a man to marry his brother's widow.

It was just such a marriage between Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon {she had been married to Henry's brother first} that led to World War Zero, the secret prequel World War that technically still isn't canon because it's in the Expanded Universe.
