* Both the Type B pilots (both female) from Batsugun are way stronger than the male Type A/C pilots. It's why scoreboards always have Beltiana & Alteena scores listed.

* Annie from Wild Guns. She's got better double jump height and doesn't roll as far, which helps since the jump is more controllable, and Clint's rolling distance is way too far.

* Reco from Mushihimesama Futari is better all around, particularly in Black Label.

* Tateha from Espgaluda is outright stronger than Ageha (both are gender shifters though). Asagi is the strongest in the sequel when in Kakusei mode.

* Raquel from Wild Arms 4 is ridiculously overpowered considering she's part of a 4 person RPG to the point of being quite solo-capable (and is the physically strongest in the game).

* Mary Argent from Tales of Destiny: R has a pure physical moveset including some seriously abusable attacks, a move that is a dodge and attack in-one, and a move that has a unique guard break property (in addition to being damn strong).

* Colette and Presea from Tales of Symphonia. Colette's battle AI sucks, but if you control her she has some of the craziest, strong techs in the game for killing bosses (Poison Pow Hammer, Para Ball is absurdly efficient and good at staggering, Hammer Rain demolishes large enemies). Presea has massive HP and attack power, and can do whopping amounts of damage with her basic attacks.

* Females in later Wizardry games get exclusive access to the Valkyrie class, which is awesome and has a special auto-revive chance included.

Opera from Star Ocean 2. That gun.

Peppita from Star Ocean 3. Her counterattacks can bypass pretty much every attack in the game when you learn the timing, and she's strong as hell even without Item Crafting.
