UFO compatibility probably won't get any better but there are other carts you can get that has better compatibility. They cost a lot more though so if you're just looking for something cheap that plays quite a few games it might be worth it.
I use a UFO myself occasionally. I believe it also has save states (mine does) which is nice but doesn't work on all games.
