Don't expect any PCE-CD games to get translated anytime soon. It's a rather hard system to work on, there are very few tools and very few people with both the know-how and interest to translate them.

As far as I know, these are the only games(CD only) that have been translated so far:

Ys IV: Dawn of Ys
Castlevania Rondo of Blood(taken from PSP version)
Startling Odyssey II
Xak III
Motteke Tomago
Super Daisenryaku

Still hoping this game and Kabuki Den will one day get translated, but chances for now are pretty slim. Perhaps when the fan-translation teams run out of SNES games?

Ys Book I & II on the Turbografx-CD, in 1990. As one of the very first games to get voice acting in the west, they went all out on it getting great experienced voice actors like Michael Bell, Jim Cummings and Alan Oppenheimer(fucking Skeletor as the final boss? Count me in) to do voices. Unfortunately, the voice acting quality went straight to the bottom with Ys III on the TG-CD.

Also, many PC Engine CD games in Japan had pretty high standards for voice acting as well.
