So I've got a SNES that used to belong to my cousin. It's pretty broken (when you pick it up, it rattles around like a maraca) but It seems like a waste to thrown it out.

Do people buy SNES's just for parts? Is it worth putting on Kajiji or should I just toss it.

I don't know anything about fixing consoles. However, someone here might have some ideas of what to do with it.

You can ask the repair general or Buy, Sell, Trade general. I figure between those two, you might be able to get some ideas.

Yes, people buy them for parts. Probably not worth the time and effort for the money you'll get for one but better than throwing it out.
