A Shinobi thread. I recently got back into the Shinobi series especially all the Genesis games are fantastic! Revenge of Shinobi, Shadow Dancer, and Shinobi III with amazing fast gameplay and awesome osts.

Never played the Original Shinobi, how is it? I know there is a Master System and PC Engine game which is the superior Home console release?

PC Engine is better since it's much closer to the original, but I still prefer the SMS version (which isn't bad by any standard) for nostalgia reasons.

Anyway, the game still holds up pretty well regardless of the port.
