I did something like that once with all my SNES stuff. I have probably around 50 games, with stuff like Chrono Trigger, Super Metriod, Final Fantasy II & III, Lufia II, Secret of Evermore, among others (these are all boxed, with maps manuals etc, among others i cant remember atm) and cart only Secret of Mana, DKC1-3, all the Mario games, among other sweet stuff.
Lowest offer was 50 bucks (I actually flamed the shit out of this faggot)
Got lots of offers in the 100-200 range
and someone offered me 500 bucks for it all.

It was pretty funny to see how excited some people were, at the least.

In my experience, people who sell their CRTs REALLY want to get rid of them so they end up giving them away once you arrive. Me and a friend went to pick his up and they ended up giving it to him because we kept getting lost in their small mountain town. When I went for mine in the city, the guy felt bad for us because he wasn't expecting the elevator to be going under maintenance that day so I got mine for free.

Hasn't happened to me for vidya, but the people selling furniture usually end up giving it to me for free.
