This was only in Savior 2/Hunter 2, so you either have to play one of those games, or select one of those modes in the PS1 port. In addition to that, I think there was some condition you had to meet, but I can't recall it offhand. Maybe beating boss Oboro Bishamon? I've also heard that there's a low random chance it will show up even without meeting the conditions (DS3 had quite a few random chance easter eggs).
